MISSION:

The Ford Racing Electrical Team is seeking an independent, empowered and passionate Electrical Systems Integration Engineer to lead pre-design / design / launch of current and future Ford Racing vehicle programs. What you'll do... Responsible for design and development of Ford Performance specific electrical content Coordinate technical design reviews between component and EDS engineers to ensure system integrity in the design phase Responsible for surveying Engineers for components that have electrical interfaces and ensure those device transmittals are populated into VSEM to support EDS wiring development Build DV Requirements for system level electrical functions and perform validation testing to ensure product compliance Support BOM sign offs for pre-production build events Represent the electrical team on evaluation drives Root cause and fix electrical issues on vehicles as they arise Support offsite vehicle level DV testing Support breadboard activities by configuring, updating, and root causing electrical modules and systems Onsight support for vehicle builds at the assembly plant, representing the Electrical team Lead FSS (Full Service Suppliers) and/or other internal/external resources to deliver subject programs Lead development of system designs that support vehicle performance targets Assure conformance to the Ford Racing DNA all applicable Ford & regulatory requirements Develop innovative solutions for performance vehicles Support supplier sourcing processes and FMA activities Handle deliverables to support program & engineering GPDS breakthroughs

- 144,900 or salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
