This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career engineers with an interest in industrial automation, PLC programming, and hands-on engineering work. The position involves close collaboration with both U.S. and international teams, requiring effective communication in both English and Chinese. Key Responsibilities Assist with PLC programming and debugging (Siemens / Allen-Bradley) Support system integration and industrial automation projects Work with senior engineers on testing and commissioning Troubleshoot control systems and electrical equipment Support on-site project activities as needed Document system configurations and updates Communicate with internal teams and external partners in both

English and Chinese Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred) Basic knowledge of PLC systems or industrial automation Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn Ability to work in a team environment

Preferred:

Internship or project experience with PLCs Familiarity with Siemens or Allen-Bradley systems Experience with industrial environments, robotics, or manufacturing Work Authorization Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
