Full-Time Overview A leading multidisciplinary engineering firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its healthcare-focused team in Deerfield Beach, FL. This hybrid role requires 2 days per week in the office . Key Responsibilities Lead electrical engineering design and execution across healthcare and related projects Manage projects from concept through construction completion Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes Mentor and supervise junior staff, supporting both technical development and career progression Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality designs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Professional Engineer (PE) license required 10+ years of experience in an A/E (Architecture & Engineering) environment Proven track record of successfully managing projects Strong technical expertise and understanding of related engineering disciplines Why Apply?
