Senior Electrical Engineer
  • Building Systems Design (Hybrid)A nationally recognized engineering firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Florida team.
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary projects, mentor engineering staff, and contribute to high-performance building designs across commercial, institutional, and mission-critical sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead electrical design from concept through construction across various project types
  • Supervise and mentor engineering staff in technical development and career growth
  • Interface with clients, manage project schedules, and ensure technical excellence
  • Coordinate with in-house disciplines to deliver integrated design solutions
  • Participate in project meetings, site visits, and construction administration.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • 10+ years of experience in an architecture/engineering consulting environment
  • Proven success in project management and client engagement
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical systems and familiarity with related disciplines.
