In this role, you will impact the company's ability to deliver high-quality, innovative, and technologically advanced solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. Your contributions will enhance operational efficiency and safety across multiple sectors. You will impact the development of hardware solutions for the Flight Systems development team, contributing to the success of our products and solutions.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • + Support the development of hardware, including the design, development, integration and testing of Air Data hardware efforts.
+ Work with other engineers that cover multiple engineering disciplines. + Main interface to customers, internal support groups, and external suppliers. + Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects. + Lead the deployment and configuration of hardware, ensuring they are installed correctly, tested rigorously, and perform optimally. + Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring systems remain operational. + Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, implement enhancements, and contribute to the optimization of operations.
  • YOU MUST HAVE
  • + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as electrical engineering or directly related field of study. + Minimum 9 years of experience in electrical engineering.
  • WE VALUE
  • + Strong expertise in hardware integration, implementation, and troubleshooting + Solid technical foundation in hardware systems and engineering tools/methodologies + Familiarity with avionics and aircraft systems; knowledge of DO‑254 and DO‑160 + Experience with avionics hardware and/or Air Data Modules/Computers (development, test, certification) + Proven ability to lead hardware development projects + Experience supporting Integrated Supply Chain (production, quality, repair/overhaul, obsolescence, supplier management) + Effective collaboration across global, cross-functional teams + Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail + Self-motivated; able to work independently with minimal supervision + Adaptable, flexible, and quick to learn and apply new concepts + Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based development environments •
