What You'll Do Spearhead Discipline Leadership:
Guide multi-tiered engineering teams through the intricacies of comprehensive electrical systems design.
Steer Project Operations:
Serve as the primary technical point of contact and potential Project Manager on medium-to-large-scale facility initiatives.
Validate Complex Designs:
Review and stamp engineering outputs, submittals, and intricate shop drawings to ensure absolute performance accuracy.
Nurture Junior Staff:
Empower EITs and mid-level engineers by delegating challenging tasks while providing structured technical oversight.
Navigate Field Resolution:
Deliver definitive, high-level answers to intricate RFIs and coordinate directly with contractors during critical site evaluations.
Elevate Project Quality:
Implement and enforce rigorous QA/QC protocols from initial schematic phases through final project delivery.
Qualifications / Who
are we looking for
Academic & Legal Prerequisites:
Earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering backed by an active Professional Engineer (PE) credential.
Proven Track Record:
Demonstrate 9+ or more years of continuous advancement within the AEC industry, ideally with concentrated exposure to complex healthcare environments.
Platform Fluent:
Proficient in leveraging specialized electrical simulation software, alongside basic operational familiarity with Revit platforms.
Code Specialist:
Equipped with exhaustive, up-to-date knowledge of regional and national electrical codes and compliance directives.
Natural Influencer:
Possess a talent for technical writing, proposal development, and presenting clear solutions directly to corporate clients.
Physical Agility:
Capable of executing physical site walks, which includes standing for long intervals, handling light equipment up to 25 lbs, and navigating raw job sites.
