What You'll Do Command Electrical Designs:
Lead the master design strategy and engineering analysis for high-tier building systems across diverse sectors.
Oversee Multidisciplinary Deliverables:
Coordinate project workplans, tracking resource allocation and project execution budgets flawlessly.
Cultivate Department Talent:
Serve as an inspirational mentor to junior engineering staff, driving technical training and quality consistency.
Review Intricate Submittals:
Critique, refine, and sign off on advanced engineering computations, simulations, and contractor submittals.
Resolve Critical RFIs:
Provide prompt, definitive technical determinations to complex requests for information stemming from the field.
Engage Project Owners:
Represent the discipline in high-level stakeholder meetings, acting as the definitive technical advisor for the firm.
Qualifications / Who
are we looking for
Required Credentials:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering combined with an active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Sector Background:
Minimum of 9 years of expanding responsibility within AEC consulting, demonstrating a distinct focus on large healthcare or academic facilities.
Digital Toolkit:
Comprehensive mastery of electrical engineering design software packages, with a strong functional grasp of Revit workflows.
Code Proficiency:
Masterful comprehension of standard building codes, safety ordinances, and structural QA/QC workflows.
Articulate Leader:
Superior technical writing capability alongside the poise required to run high-stakes client presentations.
Site Inspection Readiness:
Fully capable of executing field walkthroughs, including climbing scaffolding, walking raw sites, and lifting 25 lbs.
