Watch our About B & P Video What You'll Do This role leads electrical design from concept through construction and post-occupancy, partnering with multiple disciplines to deliver projects on time and within budget. Other responsibilities of this position include: Lead electrical design from concept through construction and post-occupancy Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget Ensure designs meet all applicable codes, standards, and best practices Conduct site visits to assess conditions, troubleshoot issues, and validate design implementation. Design within a BIM environment (Revit/AutoCAD) Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering 10+ years of experience in consulting or design-build environments PE license Strong knowledge of electrical codes (NFPA, energy standards, etc.) Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, or similar tools Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills About Bridgers & Paxton B&P's offices are located in three of the most beautiful and exciting cities in the West
