REMOTE or Dallas, Austin, Atlanta, Nashville, Birmingham, Scottsdale, Hillsboro/Portland, Toledo, Detroit (Troy)•or remote flexibility available.

130-170k + straight overtime + annual bonus Job Description A leading engineering and design firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the delivery of large-scale data center and AI infrastructure projects across the U.S. This is a high-impact role focused on mission-critical environments, working within a fully integrated, multidisciplinary team from early design through commissioning. The Opportunity Lead electrical design and act as a subject matter expert on complex data center projects Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and architecture teams Drive technical excellence across power distribution, backup systems, and high-density infrastructure Interface directly with clients and contribute to project strategy and delivery Key Responsibilities Serve as Electrical SME for mission-critical/data center projects Lead design, studies, and technical specifications development Oversee and coordinate electrical scope across medium-to-large projects Provide technical leadership, QA/QC, and design reviews Mentor junior engineers and support team development Engage with clients and represent the firm in meetings and technical discussions What We're Looking For BSEE required , PE license required (multi-state capability preferred) 12+ years of electrical design experience, including data centers Strong expertise in power distribution and backup power systems Experience with high-voltage DC systems (400VDC / 800VDC / 1500VDC) Working knowledge of

NEC, IEC
