The successful candidate will be leading a team of electrical engineers, providing work direction and mentorship, in addition to electrical engineering development work. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, Team Lead, you will: Lead and mentor team members in all aspects of the electrical product development processes. Complete the product development process from concepts to final production release in our on-site factory Align resources against varied tasks; new product development, customer support, procurement support, factory support. Provide day-to-day work direction and technical support as needed You will make an impact with these qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience 5+ years of electrical hardware development experience 2+ years of people management experience Familiarity with commercial HVAC control components; controllers, actuators, sensors Proven track record of managing development teams Ability to use personal computers and software tools, working knowledge of PCB development tool sets, business software, PLM and ERP toolsets 5% travel may be required Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications:
BSEE Working knowledge of Siemens Xpedition PCB development tool set Working knowledge of Siemens TeamCenter, SAP and IBM Jazz Experience in EMC testing, prototype build and test, and other hands-on environments Ready to create your own journey? The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
