This is a great opportunity to work on critical infrastructure projects that support reliable, resilient, and sustainable energy systems. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Design and develop electrical substation layouts, drawings, and specifications Support transmission & distribution (T&D/TDP) and power delivery projects Collaborate with engineers and technical teams on complex infrastructure initiatives Contribute to grid modernization efforts , including data center support Participate in design reviews to ensure quality, safety, and constructability Identify design challenges and implement effective solutions ✅ Qualifications Experience in substation design and engineering Strong knowledge of power delivery systems and T&D projects Ability to create and review technical drawings and documentation Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Must be able to commute to office 2-3 days per week

Preferred:

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tucson, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
