Job Description

Recruiting Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer III for a growing automation team in Greenville, SC. This role will support the design, development, and implementation of industrial automation systems, electrical controls, robotics integration, and custom manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate has strong experience in electrical design, machine building, system integration, and automation engineering. Key Responsibilities Design electrical systems, control panels, schematics, and automation controls Develop I/O lists, cable schedules, wiring layouts, and power distribution drawings Lead automation and electrical engineering projects from concept to completion Support commissioning, troubleshooting, testing, and shop floor startup Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams Improve CAD databases, component libraries, and design standards Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with UL, NFPA, and NEC standards Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred OR Associate Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience 6-8+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls engineering, machine building, or system integration Experience with AutoCAD Electrical and/or SolidWorks Electrical Knowledge of UL508A, NFPA, NEC, and industrial networking systems Strong understanding of electrical systems, robotics, automation, and troubleshooting Apply today to join a growing engineering team working on advanced automation and custom manufacturing solutions.
