Job Details We are seeking an experienced Electrical / Battery Engineer III to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and test innovative battery and energy storage systems, contributing to cutting-edge R D initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive technical excellence, and identify opportunities for improvement across diverse power system applications. Responsibilities Apply engineering techniques, principles, and precedents to develop, design, modify, install, test, and evaluate electrical, electronic, mechanical, and communications systems. Review, analyze, and prepare engineering, technical, or maintenance specifications, policies, standards, and procedures. Organize, analyze, and present technical data in reports and presentations. Plan and perform tests and evaluations of systems, equipment, and components. Compile, process, and analyze test data results. Provide subject matter expertise on operation, installation, modification, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment and components. Requirements Expertise in Batteries and Energy Storage, and knowledge of charging systems and performance optimization. Experience with electrical CAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer), simulation software like (MATLAB/Simulink), and potentially programming languages like C++ or Python. Strong foundation in power system design and circuit analysis. Proven (R D) experience with innovative engineering solutions. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Experience with industry standards and best practices for battery systems; familiarity with ISO9001 and AS9100 quality systems is a plus. 10+ years of experience in an Electrical Engineer, Electronic Engineer role Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering discipline, or other technical discipline Direct experience developing, designing, modifying, installing, testing, evaluating and operating electrical, electronic, mechanical, or systems, and equipment Demonstrated experience reviewing, analyzing, developing, preparing, and applying engineering, technical, or maintenance specifications, policies, standards, or procedures Interested in hearing more?
