Field Electrical Engineer-Entry Level

We're hiring an Entry-Level Field Electrical Engineer in Charleston, SC for hands-on work supporting commercial and industrial electrical construction. You'll gain real field experience while working with BIM/CAD tools and OpenSpace technology —no prior field experience required. What You'll Do Work on active construction jobsites supporting electrical installations Work closely with project managers to support the planning, design, and execution of assigned electrical engineering projects. Work with Project Managers to support engineering Use BIM/CAD (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) to assist with layout, coordination, and problem-solving Use OpenSpace to document jobsite progress and support field coordination Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning electrical systems Collaborate with project managers, foremen, electricians, and engineers Review drawings and specifications to ensure quality and safety standards What We're Looking For Recent or upcoming graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering (or closely related field) Students or alumni from South Carolina colleges encouraged to apply Located in or able to commute to Charleston, SC Interest in construction, field engineering, and technology-driven workflows Willingness to work in a field/jobsite environment Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn BIM, CAD, or OpenSpace experience is a plus—but not required.
