About Our Client Our client is a well-established engineering services company with nearly 50 years of experience supporting critical infrastructure, including nuclear power facilities. They specialize in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of instrumentation and control (I&C) systems. Their team works on advanced testing, diagnostics, and engineering solutions across the U.S. and internationally. Role Overview As an Electrical Engineer, you will support testing and analysis activities that help ensure the safe operation of critical systems in highly regulated environments. This is a hands-on role that combines lab work, field support, data analysis, and technical documentation. Training will be provided on tools, testing methods, and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Perform cable testing and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI) testing in lab and field environments Collect, analyze, and interpret test data from real-world systems Assist in instrumentation and data acquisition for testing and research projects Prepare clear and accurate technical reports and documentation Support on-site testing and troubleshooting at customer facilities (including occasional travel) Set up, verify, and maintain testing equipment before and after use Follow quality assurance procedures and engineering standards Assist in identifying issues and contributing to problem-solving efforts Participate in continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For A motivated and curious learner who is eager to grow in a technical environment Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and data analysis Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn from senior engineers Professional communication and teamwork skills Reliable and accountable work ethic Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Interest in hands-on testing, instrumentation, or applied electrical systems Ability to follow structured engineering procedures Willingness to travel (approximately 4-8 trips per year, ~4 days each) U.S. Citizenship is required due to access to regulated facilities Compensation & Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with strong employer match 20 days of paid vacation + 10+ holidays Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development Career growth opportunities with regular performance and salary reviews
