Prior experience at a hyperscale operator (AWS, Google, Meta, Microsoft) or major mission-critical design firm designing for hyperscale environments. Solid understanding of major data center electrical topologies (2N, N+1, catcher bus, distributed-redundant) and the ability to articulate the trade-offs between them. Familiarity with relevant codes and standards including NEC (NFPA 70), TIA-942, NFPA 110, IEEE 446, NFPA 70E, IEEE 1584.
Nice To Haves:
Experience with high-density compute environments (AI/ML, HPC) and the unique electrical demands of GPU-heavy workloads is a plus. Familiarity with
EPMS/BMS
integration, liquid cooling electrical distribution, and
