Job Description

About the Role As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical technical expert responsible for the reliability and performance of complex power infrastructure. Your work ensures operational continuity by expertly managing high-voltage systems and precision electrical components across our industrial facilities. Responsibilities Execute the installation, diagnostic troubleshooting, and comprehensive repair of medium and high voltage (5kV to 15kV) electrical infrastructure. Optimize facility uptime by developing and implementing robust preventive maintenance schedules for critical power systems. Maintain and service essential electrical hardware including switchgears, breakers, contactors, and transformers to ensure peak efficiency. Perform hands-on maintenance and calibration of motor control centers (MCCs) and servo motor systems to support seamless production output. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex electrical failures, minimizing downtime and enhancing system longevity. Provide technical support for electrical upgrades and system expansions, ensuring all work adheres to rigorous safety and quality standards. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial electrical systems. In-depth technical proficiency with high voltage equipment and power distribution systems. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and service switchgear, motors, and control centers. Strong analytical skills with a focus on preventive maintenance planning and execution. Preferred Skills Experience working with servo motors and advanced automation controls. Ability to travel domestically to support various site operations as needed. Strong commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance in high-voltage environments.
