NPD Electrical Engineer II Build What's Next at Mestex Mestex is seeking an NPD Electrical Engineer II to support new product development and electrical design automation within our engineering team. This role focuses on AutoCAD Electrical design, rules-based automation, electrical schematics, and manufacturing-ready product support in a collaborative HVAC manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Develop and maintain AutoCAD Electrical drawings and standards Support rules-based electrical design automation Create schematics, panel layouts, and BOMs Support product testing, validation, and engineering changes Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams Help drive scalable and efficient product design solutions What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 3-5 years of electrical design experience Experience with: AutoCAD Electrical Three-phase power systems Low-voltage controls Panel layouts and schematics Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment
