This role is pivotal in supporting E-House Solutions across industries such as Oil & Gas (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream), Petrochemicals, and Utilities. Responsible for executing and coordinating end-to-end LV/MV electrical commissioning activitiesfrom FAT/SAT, testing, and troubleshooting to documentation and handover,ensuring systems are safely integrated, compliant with project requirements, and delivered on schedule.

What You'll Lead and Deliver
- Execute commissioning activities for LV/MV electrical equipment, including switchgear, transformers, MCCs, VFDs, generators, UPS, grounding systems, and protection relays.
- Assist in the development and implementation of commissioning plans, procedures, ITPs, and functional test protocols.
- Carry out FAT, SAT, loop checks, continuity tests, insulation resistance tests, and protection coordination verification under approved procedures.
- Perform primary and secondary injection testing and support relay testing activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during start-up and system integration, escalating complex issues when required.
- Coordinate day-to-day commissioning activities with engineering, construction, QA/QC, safety teams, vendors, and clients.
- Review electrical drawings, SLDs, schematics, and equipment datasheets to verify compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare commissioning records, test reports, progress updates, and handover documentation.
- Support timely completion of commissioning deliverables in line with project schedules and quality standards.
To Be Successful in
This Role, You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in electrical commissioning, start-up, and testing.
- Strong knowledge of
NEC, NFPA, IEEE, NETA ATS/MTS
standards.
- Experience in industrial plants, oil & gas, power systems, HVAC/mechanical integration, or data centres.
- Proficiency in electrical testing tools (IR testers, primary & secondary injection, relay test kits, Hi-Pot etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills. Preferred Certifications (Optional)
- NETA Level
II/III/IV
- PMP
- PE License (Texas preferred)
