Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer specializing in industrial automation to support the design, development, and optimization of automated manufacturing systems. This role focuses on PLC-controlled equipment, production line integration, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Do not sponsor H-1B visas Candidates have experience in the electronics industry or server manufacturing applications, preferable Key Responsibilities Design and develop electrical control systems for automated manufacturing equipment Create electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams Program and troubleshoot PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMIs Integrate sensors, motors, drives, and robotic systems into production lines Support installation, commissioning, and startup of automation systems Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system issues on the production floor Collaborate with mechanical engineers, technicians, and production teams Ensure compliance with safety standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA, OSHA) Optimize system performance, reduce downtime, and improve efficiency Maintain documentation including BOMs, drawings, and technical reports Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in industrial automation or manufacturing (adjust as needed) Strong knowledge of control systems, industrial power, and automation technologies Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment Technical Skills PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms), required HMI/SCADA
development (FactoryTalk, WinCC, Ignition, etc.) Experience with VFDs, servo drives, and motion control systems Industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc.) Electrical design tools (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN) Troubleshooting using test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope) Robotics integration experience (preferred) Preferred Qualifications Experience with robotic systems (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA) Knowledge of safety circuits and machine safety standards (e.g., ISO 13849) Experience with vision systems and automated inspection Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Effective communication with cross-functional teams Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented Work Environment Manufacturing plant / production floor environment Hands-on work with equipment and machinery May require occasional travel for equipment installation or support Ability to work off-hours or weekends during critical production needs Pay:
