As a key leader, you will oversee maintenance strategies, manage technical teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance will be vital to maintaining optimal operational efficiency, safety standards, and compliance across all engineering activities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the technical direction of our organization while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Duties Lead and supervise the engineering team to execute maintenance, repair, and installation activities across facilities and manufacturing lines. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades, equipment installations, and process improvements with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues. Monitor industrial maintenance activities involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC systems, and other automation technologies. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs; utilize Ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools for troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical systems, high voltage operations, and general facilities management. Coordinate with external contractors or vendors for specialized repairs or equipment procurement as needed. Foster leadership within the team by providing training on new technologies, safety procedures, and best practices in maintenance management. Experience Proven management experience leading technical or maintenance teams within manufacturing or industrial environments. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits (including high voltage and low voltage), schematics interpretation, and industrial automation. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and HVAC systems is highly desirable. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure high standards of safety and quality. Demonstrated project management capabilities in executing facility upgrades or equipment installations on time and within budget. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation, reporting, and team coordination. Practical knowledge of Ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics; experience with low voltage systems is a plus. Background in manufacturing environments with a focus on facilities management or industrial maintenance is preferred.
