Applicants must have current right to work in the United States DECI Ltd is seeking experienced Electrical Commissioning Engineers to join our growing US team supporting major data center projects in Texas and additional locations across the United States. This is an opportunity to join a specialist mission critical team supporting technically complex electrical systems from commissioning through handover while helping build our expanding US operations. The successful candidate will support critical electrical infrastructure commissioning on high-profile projects and contribute to successful project delivery across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Support commissioning and startup of electrical systems on data center projects Execute commissioning procedures, inspections and testing activities across mission critical systems Support commissioning of LV and MV systems, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, PDUs and associated infrastructure Perform functional testing, integrated systems testing and systems validation Support energization planning, witness testing and issue resolution activities Review commissioning scripts, test procedures, technical drawings and turnover documentation Coordinate with clients, vendors and multidisciplinary project teams during commissioning phases Troubleshoot deficiencies and support issue tracking through closeout Maintain commissioning records, reports and closeout documentation Participate in integrated systems testing and final handover activities Support commissioning planning, scheduling and progress reporting Assist in quality assurance and compliance activities related to electrical commissioning Support safe and successful delivery of critical systems through project completion Requirements Proven Electrical Commissioning experience within data center environments Mandatory data center commissioning experience Strong knowledge of mission critical electrical systems Experience supporting startup, testing and commissioning across project phases Ability to interpret single line diagrams, schematics and electrical technical documentation Experience supporting integrated systems testing and critical systems validation Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills Strong communication and coordination abilities Ability to work effectively in fast-paced project environments Current right to work in the United States required Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting hyperscale or large-scale data center developments Experience with Level 1 through Level 5 commissioning processes MV/HV experience beneficial Familiarity with mission critical owner standards and commissioning procedures preferred Benefits Competitive salary Performance bonus opportunities 401(k) with employer matching Comprehensive healthcare including medical, dental and vision Per diem where applicable for project assignments Paid time off and company holidays Career progression opportunities within a growing US business Exposure to major data center projects across the United States Supportive team culture and long-term project pipeline Opportunity to be part of a company growing its US presence with significant future opportunityJob Type:
