You will serve as the primary bridge between technical field execution and high-level financial oversight, driving project success through strategic planning and proactive problem-solving. Responsibilities Orchestrate the end-to-end execution of large-scale commercial electrical projects, ensuring milestones are met on schedule. Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, providing accurate cost tracking and financial forecasting to ensure profitability. Coordinate procurement processes, including issuing purchase orders for critical equipment and managing logistics for timely site delivery. Oversee material takeoffs in collaboration with trade foremen to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for project updates and concerns. Resolve complex field challenges by providing technical guidance and facilitating communication between subcontractors and internal teams. Qualifications Required Skills 7-10 years of professional experience within the low voltage or electrical construction sector. Proven track record of managing large-scale data center electrical buildouts. Deep understanding of construction financial management, accounting practices, and project cost control. Strong proficiency in project scheduling software and construction documentation. Preferred Skills Advanced certification in project management or electrical engineering. Experience managing multi-million dollar electrical infrastructure contracts. Strong leadership background in coordinating diverse teams of subcontractors and field personnel.
