Job Description The IC&E Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating instrumentation, controls, and electrical (IC&E) documentation and workflow activities across multiple operational areas. This role manages the development, review, tracking, and execution of engineering deliverables including Cause & Effect diagrams, Single Line Drawings, Powerline Mapping, and related electrical and automation documentation. The position serves as a key interface between operations, automation, electrical, engineering, and contractor teams to ensure workflows are executed efficiently, deliverables meet quality standards, and project schedules remain on track. The IC&E Coordinator also supports program reporting, contractor coordination, progress tracking, and compliance with management of change and documentation standards. Responsibilities Workflow & Program Coordination Coordinate and oversee IC&E documentation workflows from initiation through completion. Support development and maintenance of Cause & Effect diagrams, Single Line Drawings, Powerline Mapping, and related deliverables. Maintain workflow alignment with operational and mechanical project schedules. Coordinate with operations, automation, electrical, engineering, and contractor teams to resolve issues and maintain project progress. Compile and organize site documentation and information packages required to support workflow execution. Cost, Schedule & Progress Tracking Track project progress, schedules, and deliverable status across multiple sites and workstreams. Prepare and maintain cost tracking, schedule updates, and progress reporting. Monitor contractor performance, schedule adherence, and workflow completion metrics. Support forecasting and reporting activities related to project execution. Quality & Documentation Management Review deliverables to ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and operational requirements. Verify completion and approval of Conditions of Satisfaction (CoS) prior to workflow advancement. Identify documentation issues or deviations and coordinate corrective actions. Support integration of finalized deliverables into document management and management of change systems. Contractor & Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate contractor scheduling, site access, permitting, and work execution activities. Oversee contractor deliverable quality and approve completed work products. Maintain communication with engineering, operations, automation, and electrical teams regarding workflow priorities and issues. Serve as a primary point of contact for coordination between field operations and project stakeholders. Compliance & Operational Support Support compliance with operational integrity, documentation management, and management of change procedures. Promote safe work practices and adherence to operational standards during field and contractor activities. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to workflow efficiency, documentation quality, and program execution. Relevant oil & gas, industrial, manufacturing, or energy industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience supporting instrumentation, controls, electrical, automation, or facilities projects. Familiarity with engineering drawings, electrical documentation, and operational workflows. Experience coordinating contractors, engineering teams, and field operations. Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking tools. Strong understanding of safety, operational integrity, and documentation standards. Job Details Pay:
Level II•$108.13/hr Level III•$121.10/hr Per Diem:
$100/per day Travel required: North Dakota, Permian, Oklahoma and around Texas Location:
