Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related technical discipline; equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience will be considere d8+ years of experience in electrical and/or I&C engineering within med device, pharma, industrial, petrochemical, refinery, or similar sensitive environment sStrong working knowledge of electrical design deliverables including single line diagrams, short circuit calculations, protection settings, loop diagrams, and wiring schematic sDemonstrated familiarity with power conversion systems and associated electrical desig nExperience supervising or managing electrical contractors in an industrial or manufacturing environmen tProven ability to make sound, independent safety decisions in sensitive and regulated environments - comfort working in high-consequence settings is essentia lProficiency in engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, ETAP, or simila rWorking knowledge of applicable codes and standards including NEC (NFPA 70), NFPA 70E, and applicable IEEE standard sStrong communication and coordination skills across engineering, contractor, and operations team s
Position Details :
Supervise electrical contractors through the design phase of the fuel manufacturing facility buildout, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with applicable codes and project specificatio nsReview and provide engineering oversight of design deliverables including single line diagrams, short circuit calculations, protection setting requirements, loop diagrams, and wiring schemati csServe as the primary technical point of conta ctCoordinate with I&C, mechanical, and operations engineering teams to ensure electrical design is aligned with overall facility requiremen tsIdentify and resolve design issues, conflicts, or schedule risks and escalate as appropriate to the I&C/E Direct orTrack and report design progress, deliverable status, and contractor performance to facility leadersh ipSupport transition from design phase to installation and commissioning as the project advanc esApply sound safety judgment in a sensitive, regulated environment - recognizing hazards, enforcing safe work practices, and escalating safety concerns without hesitati onEnsure all design work complies with applicable codes and standards including NEC (NFPA 70), NFPA 70E, and IEEE standards as applicab le Strongly Prefer red:
