Job Description

Our client provides full multi-discipline engineering, design, project management, procurement, and project management services to the refining and petrochemical industries. They are currently looking for Electrical Engineers and Designers (junior and mid-level). The positions can be based in Billings (MT), Anchorage (AK), Salt Lake City (UT) or Bellingham (WA). Must-Have Qualifications
Education:
B.S. in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
3-15 years in industrial electrical power, distribution, area classification, schematics, grounding, lighting, and heat tracing systems
Technical Skills:
Project scoping, estimating, and detailed electrical design expertise
Software:
Electrical modeling software (SKM, ETAP), lighting/heat trace design, AutoCAD preferred
Certifications:
PE preferred, ability to obtain TWIC card Essential Requirements Professional registration preferred Strongmunication andanizational skills Independent work capability with leadership skills National Electrical Code working understanding Self-checking work product abilities Travel capability and flexibility Ability tomunicate effectively verbally in-person, by phone, and via video conferencing. Hearing ability adequate for meetings, presentations, and collaboration. Ability to concentrate and maintain attention for extended periods while managing multiple priorities. Ability to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends as business needs require. Able to travel to job sites (local and/or remote) as project needs require. Able to work in heavy industrial environments while wearing required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, fire-retardant clothing, gloves, etc.). Able to climb ladders, stairs, and work on elevated surfaces. Able to walk on uneven terrain and surfaces. May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and industrial environments during site visits.
