We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Lead Electrical Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems across innovative projects. Duties What You'll Do Project & Technical Leadership Act as electrical lead on EPCM and design‑bid‑build projects—owning scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety deliverables. [PSE Consul...Engineers] Develop and/or review single‑line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, I/O lists , cable schedules, load lists, motor and MCC schedules, and panel layouts. Perform and stamp power systems studies (short‑circuit, coordination, arc flash, load flow, motor starting) and specify protective relays and settings. [Power
- PS...Engineers] Specify and design medium‑ and low‑voltage power distribution (switchgear, transformers, MCCs, VFDs), grounding, lighting, and lightning protection for industrial facilities. [Power

PLC/PAC/RTU
selection, I/O allocation, control narratives, P&ID alignment, and network/SCADA topologies; collaborate with PSE's UL 508A panel shop for build‑to‑print packages and FAT/SAT. [PSE Consul...Engineers] Generate disciplined deliverables:
calculations, specifications, data sheets, procurement packages , and construction IFC drawings; support RFI , submittal reviews, and field changes. Mentor junior engineers/designers; perform thorough QA/QC of calculations and drawings. Field & Commissioning Provide site assessments, constructability reviews, installation oversight , and start‑up/commissioning support (loop checks, point‑to‑point, functional testing, energization).
