Starting at $100,000+ (based on experience) We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design efforts across projects from initial survey through final inspection. This role is ideal for someone who can take full ownership of projects and provide leadership to engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for electrical-related project matters Lead projects from concept through completion Conduct field surveys and assess existing conditions Perform calculations and develop electrical system designs Design systems including lighting, power, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems Prepare technical reports and project specifications Respond to RFIs during bidding and construction Review construction submittals Conduct and document final inspections Generate and review as-built drawings Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Perform quality control reviews Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET accredited) Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license 10+ years of relevant electrical design experience Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, AGI32, and SKM Strong experience with power distribution and control systems Experience across full project lifecycle Strong communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Active security clearance Industry certifications (CDT, LEED AP, or similar) Experience with complex electrical systems What We're Looking For Self-driven engineer who can lead projects independently Strong leadership and collaboration skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality Comfortable working across all phases of a project
