Electrical Engineer Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Generous paid time off and holidays Supportive, inclusive culture with professional development opportunities Electrical Engineer Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering 5+ years of relevant industry experience in electrical design for commercial, government, academic, or industrial projects Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit Experience with SKM or lighting design software (AGI, Visual, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred EIT and LEED accreditation preferred Electrical Engineer Preferred Background & Skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects Experience with business development or marketing engineering services Electrical Engineer Day-to-Day Responsibilities Design complex electrical systems aligned with latest code and engineering standards Develop and oversee project construction documents and specifications Conduct load studies, voltage drop calculations, and lighting layouts Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders Conduct field visits to accurately document existing site conditions Attend meetings for project coordination and ongoing design collaboration Address comments and make design adjustments from clients and reviewing authorities Stay current with industry codes, standards, and software tools If you are looking to make meaningful impact while advancing your expertise among a dedicated team, this could be the right next step in your engineering career.
