April 29, 2026 : Seeking a highly motivated Professional Electrical Engineer (PE) with extensive experience in the design, implementation, and commissioning of power distribution systems, low voltage systems, fire alarms, door interlocks, and Building Management Systems (Client) in cleanroom environments. This role is critical in ensuring our cleanroom projects meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance for clients in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, electronics, and advanced manufacturing. Responsibilities Electrical Design & Engineering Lead and perform electrical engineering design for power distribution (480V/277V/208V/120V) and low voltage systems. Develop one-line diagrams, panel schedules, control diagrams, and lighting layouts. Specify and select equipment such as transformers, switchgear, panels, UPS, and emergency power systems. Design and coordinate fire alarm systems to comply with NFPA 72 and local codes. Design and implement door interlock systems and access control integration for classified and non-classified spaces. Integrate and interface Building Management Systems (Client) with electrical and mechanical systems to provide monitoring and control of critical environments. Project Execution & Support Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, process, and controls engineers to deliver coordinated design solutions. Provide engineering support during construction, installation, and commissioning phases. Conduct site surveys and develop detailed as-built documentation. Work closely with clients to understand user requirements and translate them into robust engineering solutions. Compliance & Standards Ensure designs comply with NEC, NFPA, UL, and local building codes. Adhere to industry best practices for cleanroom environments (ISO 14644-1, c
GMP, SEMI
standards as applicable). Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations and emerging technologies. Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in multiple states , or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months. Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering Proven expertise in: Power distribution systems design Low voltage systems (telecom, data, controls) Fire alarm systems Door interlock and access control systems Building Management Systems (Client) integration Strong understanding of cleanroom requirements, contamination control, and systems reliability.
Preferred:
Experience with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and GMP/regulated environments. Familiarity with 3D CAD (Revit MEP, AutoCAD Electrical) and BIM workflows. Experience working with UL 508A industrial control panel design. Project management or leadership experience in multi-disciplinary teams.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
