What You'll Do You will work directly with the founder in a role designed to develop both your engineering capability and your field execution skillset : Apprentice under a licensed electrician to earn the Washington 01 license Participate in energized‑work planning and mission‑critical operations Support demolition, retrofit, and technical field workflows Assist with estimating, takeoffs, and engineering documentation Contribute to automation and workflow tools used in the field Learn controls integration and system commissioning Grow into leadership roles as the company scales This is a role for someone who wants to build , not just observe. Compensation This position is paid at Washington State prevailing wage for Inside Wireman apprentices (King County): $49.55/hr to $97.53/hr , depending on apprentice step and verified hours. Overtime paid at applicable prevailing wage rates Long‑Term Career Path This role includes a clear, optional pathway toward a future 30% ownership stake in Superelectric.
