As our company continues to expand, we're looking for an Electrical Project Engineer who wants to grow alongside a collaborative team and take on new challenges. This role offers a mix of office and field duties, including travel to local job sites and close interaction with project managers, foremen, vendors, and clients. What You'll Do Review electrical plans, specifications, and contract documents Perform quantity takeoffs and plan markups using Bluebeam Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and execution Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and vendor communication Maintain project records in eSUB and distribute updated drawings Assist field teams with technical questions and project support Participate in site visits, permitting, inspections, and project closeout activities Why Exact Electric?

• accrued, starting the first day of employment 7 Paid Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Semiannual Bonus Opportunities Voluntary Life Insurance AFLAC Supplemental Coverage Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in electrical construction or project engineering Strong ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and contract documents Experience performing quantity takeoffs and construction document reviews Working knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation processes Understanding of NEC, Washington State electrical code, and construction practices Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Preferred Qualifications Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industry experience Experience with Bluebeam Revu Experience with eSUB or similar project management software Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
