• Full-time MSI Engineers, a top tier professional MEP engineering consulting firm with offices in Spokane WA and Missoula MT, is looking for an electrical engineer to join our Spokane team.

We're seeking an individual with industry knowledge that can contribute to our team and grow their career. Our focus is on producing top quality work in a fun, laid back environment while we execute a wide array of projects throughout the K-12, higher education, healthcare, municipal, government, commercial and industrial sectors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage multiple simultaneous projects. Attend meetings in person or remote as required. Perform site visits to projects for as-building and construction observations. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other engineering disciplines. Responsible for load calculations, power study calculations, energy compliance, photometrics, specifications, equipment sizing, and cost estimates for electrical/power systems design. Other various duties include code reviews, submittal reviews, surveys of existing facilities and construction site review.

Minimum Qualifications:

EIT Certification with 2+ yrs experience in electrical engineering design Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Basic knowledge of electrical codes Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and clients Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional License in Electrical Engineering OR ability to obtain PE with-in 2 years Proficiency with AutoCAD MEP; Revit General Information This is a full-time in-office position in our Spokane office and offers full benefits including paid parking, health and dental insurance, retirement program, paid holidays, vacation and sick time. Typical hours are Monday

• Thursday 7:30am
• 5:30pm with a half day on Friday, 8:00am
• 12pm.
