Responsibilities:

Work with the mechanical engineers to understand machine function Specify all control hardware including: PLC's, HMI's, servos, VFD's, sensors, pneumatics, safety components, networking, vision Build bill of materials Design control schematic with AutoCAD Ladder logic programming of PLC's HMI development Servo sizing and control System integration of other machinery manufacturers In house testing and customer runoff Interaction with customers throughout the design, build and installation processes Travel to customer facility for start up as required, 15% travel Technical support

Qualifications:
