Job Title:

Sr Electrical Engineer Responsibilities Lead and collaborate with cross-functional development teams to deliver products from requirements definition through system architecture, detailed design, integration, validation, and production release. Design and develop reliable electronic circuits and assemblies for embedded systems used in harsh or regulated environments. Perform schematic capture and oversee PCB layout, ensuring DFM, DFT, and signal integrity best practices are followed. Conduct technical design reviews and provide critical input across electrical and mechanical domains. Ensure designs meet applicable EMI/EMC, functional safety, and environmental standards. Troubleshoot complex hardware and system-level issues and perform structured root cause analysis using established methodologies. Partner with manufacturing teams to support DFM initiatives and transition new designs into production. Support field and production issues, including failure analysis and corrective actions. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Hartford, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
