$120,000•$140,000 + bonus + annual merit increase + travel bonus

We're excited to add a Senior Controls Engineer to our growing team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and implement control systems that drive automation across our machinery and processes. This role also offers the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and stay at the forefront of emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities Design and implement control systems for industrial automation Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and develop control strategies Program PLCs and HMIs (ladder logic, structured text, etc.) Perform system testing, commissioning, and validation CIP, Batching, Blending, Pasteurization, Carbonation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering (or related field) 5+ years of experience in controls engineering (manufacturing/automation preferred) Strong PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar) CIP, Batching, Blending, Pasteurization, Carbonation Solid understanding of control theory (PID, motion control, feedback systems) Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus) Familiarity with
NEC, NFPA, ANSI, UL508A
standards Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally Benefits $120,000•$140,000 + bonus + annual merit increase + travel bonus Benefits eligibility starting Day 1 Full benefits package (medical, dental, life insurance, PTO, 401k with match) 100$ per night when away traveling; $500 for any holidays missed For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
