The core hours are 7 AM-5 PM. Controls Project Engineer We are seeking an experienced Controls Project Engineer to support the design, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting of custom automated manufacturing equipment. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors to deliver high-quality automation solutions on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Design and support industrial control systems for automated equipment Develop and troubleshoot PLC/HMI programs and electrical schematics Lead controls-related activities throughout project lifecycle, including commissioning and startup Collaborate with engineering, assembly, service, suppliers, and customers Identify project risks and provide proactive technical solutions Support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering standards Qualifications 7+ years of controls engineering experience in industrial automation Strong experience with PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and electrical system design Proficiency with AutoCAD; AutoCAD Electrical or E-Plan preferred Experience with Allen-Bradley systems preferred Knowledge of robotics, vision systems, servos, and safety systems is a plus Strong communication, troubleshooting, and project management skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
Pay:
