X Facebook Pinterest Copy Link WhatsApp Email Share Share this job Facebook X LinkedIn Email Electrical Engineer Oak Creek, WI Apply for this job Electrical Engineer - LNG Facilities Position Summary The Electrical Engineer is responsible for overseeing electrical, instrumentation, and control systems across LNG peak shaving facilities. This role supports the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of facilities in accordance with applicable regulatory standards. This position manages complex and cross-functional engineering projects while providing technical leadership, supporting operations, and driving continuous improvement across systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Electrical & Controls Oversight Provide oversight of electrical, instrumentation, and process control systems across LNG storage facilities Ensure consistency and standardization of electrical and control systems across multiple sites Support testing, maintenance, and reliability of safety systems, communications, and control infrastructure Operations Support & Troubleshooting Assist operations teams with troubleshooting electrical, instrumentation, and control system issues Support calibration of transmitters, meters, and level sensors in compliance with regulatory requirements Provide technical support for low voltage MCC and switchgear systems Project Management & Execution Lead and manage engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution Develop project scopes, prepare specifications, and review vendor bids Support both capital and maintenance projects across facilities Performance & Continuous Improvement Monitor system performance and equipment condition to optimize reliability and lifecycle costs Identify and implement improvements to existing systems, processes, and procedures Apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency Compliance & Collaboration Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards (e.g., 49 CFR 193, NFPA 70, NFPA 59A) Interface with internal teams, vendors, regulatory agencies, and inspectors Provide technical leadership, training, and direction to cross-functional teams Additional Responsibilities Travel to various facility locations as required Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of engineering experience in: Industrial environments Power generation Oil & gas or related industries Additional Requirements Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and collaboration skills EOE (including Disability/Veterans) #HRUProfessional Apply for this job Copy link ✓ Thanks for sharing!
