Job Description

Benchmark Group is looking for dynamic, talented individuals to fill our Site Observation Technician position. Must have all the following:
High school diploma or GED. Understanding of the Construction or A/E industry.
Preferred:
Applicable work experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction or A/E industry or related field. Experience in REVIT platforms. The Site Observation Technician will perform site survey and/or feasibility studies to collect and/or verify Client and site information, including preliminary conditions, design needs, requirements, and cost. The goal is to document site conditions for upcoming projects. This individual will also read and interpret design documents, identify code issues, and assist in cross-discipline observations. This position requires extensive travel to project sites.
