Position Type Contract-to-Hire Pay:

$52.00- $58.00 per hour DOEJob Summary We are seeking a Senior Electrical Designer to support advanced facility and construction projects in Chandler, AZ. This onsite role will focus on the design of electrical power distribution, lighting, and grounding systems for complex industrial and mission-critical facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive Revit/BIM experience, strong knowledge of electrical power systems, and the ability to lead design efforts while mentoring junior team members. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop electrical designs for power distribution, lighting, and grounding systems Create layouts, sketches, 2D/3D models, and construction documents using Revit Coordinate design packages with engineers and project teams Review RFIs and submittals and perform site walks as required Assist with project planning, staffing, scheduling, and deliverable management Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior designers and drafters Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery Support construction administration activities throughout project execution Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 8+ years of Revit/BIM electrical design experience Experience leading or coordinating design teams Experience with electrical power distribution design projects

Understanding of:
