Senior PLC Control Engineer [ Requirement Mandarin & English Bilingual]

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PLC Engineer to design, develop, and maintain industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI (Human-Machine Interface) development, troubleshooting automation equipment, and supporting electrical and control system projects across the facility or for external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Programming Develop and write PLC code using platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley (Rockwell), Mitsubishi, or Omron. Configure and integrate

HMI/SCADA

systems. Create electrical schematics and control panel layouts using CAD software. Installation & Commissioning Participate in the installation and commissioning of control systems. Perform I/O checks, safety validations, and system testing. Troubleshooting & Support Diagnose and resolve issues with PLCs, sensors, drives, and other automation equipment. Provide technical support for operations and maintenance teams. Documentation & Compliance Maintain project documentation including wiring diagrams, manuals, and system backups. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Project Coordination Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to deliver integrated systems. Support project timelines, cost estimates, and status reporting.

Required Qualifications:

Fluent English communication (& writing) is a must Fluent Mandarin Use Mitsubishi PLC control system is a must-have requirement. Experience with integration CCD vision and MES/Shopflow control is must-have. Experience with integration of Epson and Nachi 4axis or 6axis Robotic is a strong plus. Direct Experience with designing and deploying machine with > 10 axis/actuators motion system is a strong plus. Able to work on machine design electrical control diagram and SOP documentation Engineering degree (bachelor or master) in automation control, mechatronics or electrical engineering is must. Need diploma & academic project to verify. Project experience on below is a strong plus : PCBA pick and place process Film PnP and lamination process PCBA assembly and press control process Screw torquing process control Laser welding process Air leak test process
