Job Description

Electrical Designer Electrical Designer responsible for preparing electrical design packages, drawings, calculations, schedules, specifications, and electrical engineering deliverables. Job Requirements Electrical design experience Experience preparing electrical area classifications Experience developing electrical one-line diagrams Experience preparing electrical load summaries Experience creating electrical bulk materials bills of material Experience with low-voltage equipment RFQ or RFI documentation Experience designing grounding systems Experience preparing electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Experience preparing conduit routing diagrams Experience preparing wire lists, cable lists, conduit schedules, and cable schedules Experience developing electrical equipment specifications Experience preparing voltage drop calculations Preferred Skills Experience with 4X enclosures Experience with panelboards Experience with skid-mounted electrical systems Experience with 400/120V transformers Experience preparing installation-for-purchase or issued-for-procurement engineering packages Experience preparing power and control cable engineering packages Experience preparing grounding engineering packages Experience with electrical installation details Experience with grounding plans, details, and specifications Job Responsibilities Prepare electrical area classification deliverables Develop electrical one-line diagrams Prepare wire and cable lists Develop electrical load summaries Create panel schedules Prepare electrical schematic and wiring diagrams Develop conduit routing diagrams Prepare conduit schedules, cable schedules, and bills of material Develop grounding plans and grounding details Prepare grounding specifications Perform voltage drop calculations Prepare electrical installation details Develop electrical equipment specifications Specify enclosures, panelboards, and skid-mounted transformers Prepare electrical bulk materials bills of material Support low-voltage equipment RFQ and RFI documentation Prepare power and control cable engineering packages Prepare grounding engineering packages
Pay:
