Job Description

Electrical Panel Builder -
Lead Internal Title:
Applications & Panel Build Lead Department:
Production |
Status:
Exempt | Reports to: COO About the Role Grace Technologies makes products that live on and inside industrial control panels — panel interface connectors, HMI covers, electrical safety devices, and IIoT monitoring systems. Our customers are the people who build, operate, and maintain those panels every day. This role exists to bring our products to life in context. You'll build the demo systems, trade show setups, and customer application panels that show exactly what Grace products do and why they matter. Every build has an audience and a purpose — and the craftsmanship shows. If you've worked in systems integration and you understand control panels from the inside out, you'll feel right at home here. What You'll Do Build and deliver electrical control panels and application systems for trade shows, customer demos, and product validation Integrate Grace products — panel interface connectors, HMI enclosures, PESDs, and sensors — into real-world application builds Read schematics, interpret wiring diagrams, and execute cleanly — the first time Collaborate with engineering and sales to make sure every build communicates what it needs to Establish wiring, labeling, and layout standards that make our builds consistent and repeatable Review BOMs, source components, and manage your own build schedule What You Bring Background in systems integration — you understand industrial control panels in context, not just in isolation Solid hands-on experience building and wiring electrical control panels Confident schematic and wiring diagram interpretation Familiarity with UL508A standards (certification preferred) Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar tools Associate's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in an electrical or electromechanical field Who You Are You know what a well-built panel looks like — and it bothers you when it doesn't. You're self-directed, detail-oriented, and you take pride in handing over work that's genuinely ready. You don't need someone managing your day, but you work well with engineers and salespeople who are counting on you to deliver. Grace is an established company that still moves like a startup. Your work will be seen, and it will matter. Reasonable accommodations will be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
