Job Description
Our team in Litchfield is looking for a skilled Controls Engineer to support our advancements in construction and building component manufacturing technology. In this position, you will provide essential maintenance and production support, lead operator training initiatives, and drive ongoing process improvements. We are looking for someone with hands-on expertise in programming and maintaining Allen Bradley and Fanuc-based PLC and robotic systems. Required Technical Proficiencies Diagnose and resolve complex PLC issues to minimize downtime. Develop and implement programs for industrial robotic systems. Utilize extensive experience in PLC programming to optimize production lines. Maintain and improve the reliability of industrial electrical infrastructure.
