PLC Programmer

PLC Programmer / Controls Engineer BAM Workforce Solutions is placing experienced PLC Programmers / Controls Engineers in Louisville, KY. This is a full-time engagement supporting production operations in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment. Overview:

Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC systems on the production floor of an active automotive manufacturing facility. Develop and modify ladder logic and function block diagrams using Studio 5000 / Logix Designer. Support commissioning, integration, and startup of controls systems. Respond to production issues quickly to minimize downtime and keep the line running. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams on controls-related work.

Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation PLCs. Proficiency in Studio 5000 / Logix Designer software. Ability to work onsite at the Louisville Ford Plant 5-6 days per week. Robotics experience (any platform) is a plus. Prior automotive or heavy manufacturing experience is a plus. Pay:

$120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
