What You'll Do As a BIM Revit Specialist, you will support electrical construction projects by producing accurate, coordinated BIM models and drawings used for installation, prefabrication, and construction execution.
You will: Create and maintain electrical BIM models in Autodesk Revit Translate architectural, engineering, and field drawings into constructible BIM deliverables Perform 3D coordination and clash resolution with other trades and disciplines Produce shop drawings and prefabrication documentation Support RFIs, submittals, and drawing revisions Manage BIM tasks across multiple concurrent electrical construction projects Coordinate models and drawings with project engineers, VDC/BIM teams, PMs, and field personnel Identify constructability issues and help resolve them through modeling Maintain organized, accurate, and timely deliverables in a fast‑paced environment What You Bring Autodesk Revit (Electrical BIM Modeling) AutoCAD (2D drafting) Electrical construction drawing interpretation 3D spatial coordination Advanced ability to read 2D electrical and construction plans Working knowledge of: RFIs Submittals Shop drawings Experience supporting construction or design‑build projects Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred / Bonus Skills Structural modeling or drafting experience Prefabrication modeling experience Electrical field or construction background Exposure to BIM/VDC coordination workflows Experience working with project engineers and field teams Professional Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management and organization Analytical problem‑solving mindset Professional demeanor with clients and internal teams Self‑starter comfortable in a fast‑paced electrical construction environment
