We're seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer / Drafter to support facility and infrastructure documentation projects in a fast-paced technical environment. In this role, you'll maintain and update engineering drawings, manage document control processes, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure accuracy across facility layouts, utility systems, and construction documentation.

What You'll Do:
Maintain and update site plans, building drawings, evacuation maps, fire riser maps, and utility documentation Manage electronic and physical document repositories to ensure secure and organized document control Incorporate project close-out documentation into as-built drawings and CAD files Create detailed CAD drawings from sketches, layouts, notes, and field measurements Perform field audits to verify drawing accuracy and update documentation based on onsite changes Update electrical panel schedules and single-line diagrams as modifications occur Support CAD integration efforts within Facilities Integrated Workplace Management Systems such as Tririga Review and prepare plotting documentation and equipment templates for dimensional accuracy
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Design, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered 4+ years of experience as an AutoCAD Designer or Drafter 4+ years of experience using AutoCAD in architectural, engineering, or facilities environments

Experience using Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings Experience supporting document control processes and maintaining drawing standards Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting facilities, utilities, or manufacturing environments Knowledge of workplace management systems such as Tririga Experience performing onsite field audits and updating as-built documentation Strong collaboration and communication skills across multiple stakeholder groups
