We're expanding our Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) team and looking for a detail-oriented BIM Specialist who's ready to take their next step in a growing career. What You'll Do As a BIM Specialist, you'll bring designs to life digitally before they're built in the field. Working alongside project managers, engineers, and field teams, you'll help create and manage intelligent 3D models that improve coordination, reduce rework, and support prefabrication.

Your day-to-day will include:

Developing and maintaining 3D models in Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks Assisting with clash detection and coordination between trades Producing layout, installation, and as-built drawings for active projects Supporting prefabrication and field layout teams with accurate model data Maintaining BIM standards, templates, and workflows across projects This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technology and construction, and wants to see their work directly impact real-world projects.
