Overview:
Growing consulting engineering team seeking a senior electrical professional to support a diverse mix of commercial projects. This role blends design, client interaction, and light project management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute electrical design for commercial projects including data centers, K-12, higher education, high-rise buildings, hospitality, and retail Work directly with clients, architects, and contractors throughout project lifecycles; attend and contribute to meetings Support project management efforts such as coordination, scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery of design documents Prepare, review, and coordinate electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations Contribute to ongoing relationships with repeat clients, including national accounts and regional partners
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in electrical design/engineering within an A/E consulting environment PE license preferred; open to experienced senior designers without licensure Strong understanding of commercial building systems; data center experience is a plus Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams Experience contributing to or supporting multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and related design tools Benefits Competitive Salary Health Dental Vision Paid Time Off Holiday Pay For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
