Full Time Onsite We are currently seeking for a PLC Controls Engineer in the Souderton, PA (Onsite) for a Full-time position.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled PLC Controls Engineer with hands-on experience in electrical control system design, programming, and panel building. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Allen Bradley PLC systems and HMI programming, with the ability to support projects from concept through commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop electrical control systems and control panel layouts. Perform PLC programming, testing, and troubleshooting for industrial automation systems. Build and wire control panels according to electrical schematics and industry standards. Develop and configure HMI applications for operator interfaces. Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and production teams to ensure seamless system integration. Support system installation, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting. Maintain documentation including schematics, panel layouts, and program backups.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical controls system design, PLC programming, and control panel assembly. At least 2 years of experience in a PLC Controls Engineer role. Experienced in Allen Bradley PLC platforms and HMI development/programming.
